Ensaladang Labanos

Ensaladang Labanos
         White Radish which is referred to as Labanos in the Philippine Language. the natural taste of Labanos Loaded with vitamins and Minerals and Developed Appetite, its none heat that we enjoy during summer Serves as An Accompaniment to other Dishes.

 Ingredients:
  2 pieces small radish
  2 large  fresh tomatoes
  3 tbsp. apple Cider Vinegar
   2 tbsp. plain vinegar or coconut vinegar
  1 tbsp. brown Sugar
  1/2 fresh lemon   
  1/2 tbsp. sea salt
  1/2 tbsp. ground pepper








 Procedures:

  1. Trim the stem and root ends of the radishes, thinly slice the radishes finely horizontally put them in a Bowl
  2. add 2tbsp. plain vinegar or coconut vinegar
  3. in a separate bowl combine 3tbsp. apple cider vinegar and 1tbsp. brown sugar stir it together and add to the  bowl of radish
  4. wash the tomatoes and cut it thinly slice and add it to the bowl of radish
  5.  add sea salt, pepper and squeezing of lemon
  6. Stir everything together and taste if you feel needs more seasoning then add it.
